Adults

I take a collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring interventions to suit your unique needs and circumstances. From the very first session, it’s important for me to understand your perspective on the challenges you’re facing, your personal history, family background, and the supports and resources you currently have. This helps me get a comprehensive picture of your experience so we can work together effectively.

The initial assessment typically involves a detailed conversation where I’ll ask questions about your mental health, wellbeing, and life context. You may also be invited to complete standardised questionnaires or rating scales that help identify specific symptoms, track severity, and guide treatment planning. These assessments are designed to be thorough but flexible, allowing us to focus on what matters most to you.

This process not only informs the best therapeutic approach but also gives you the opportunity to reflect on your experiences and goals. Together, we develop a treatment plan that is collaborative, transparent, and tailored to best support you and your wellbeing.
